Strategy

We have a 100 year plan to acquire between 5,000 and 10,000 acres of land in Ireland and turn it all into native wilderness to support our shrinking biodiversity.

This is a long-term strategy and we believe it is better to move slowly and carefully, ensuring long-term success, perhaps at the expense of short-term satisfaction.

We are at the early stages of the project and the goals in our current planning window (next three to five years) are as follows:

  1. Begin to build a community around the project.

  2. Develop a financially sustainable structure.

  3. Identify and gain support of key stakeholders.

  4. Acquire a pilot site (10 to 20 acres) to gain practical experience restoring natural habitat.
